Happy National Space Day! While there are plenty of wonders to be found on planet Earth, nothing could be as breathtaking as everything that's going on in the other bajillion numbers of light years that make up the entire universe.
They don't call outer space the final frontier for nothing, and no matter how hard astrophysicists, astronomers, and astronauts work to uncover its many mysteries, there are still so many things that we don't know about all those things that exist beyond our own atmosphere.
It may be cliché to point out how small and insignificant we are in the grand scheme of things, but it doesn't stop it from being true. It can be hard to get a handle on just how much is (or isn't) out there and what it means for us, but that doesn't stop us from trying. These memes might not be able to help us understand what the hell all these fireballs and spinning rocks are doing out there, but at least they are amusing.
